Malaysian car maker Proton plans to make “Islamic cars” for the Iranian market. What makes this an Islamic car? A compass that will point the direction of Mecca for prayers, a compartment for storing the holy Koran and place for the prayer mat. The automaker is also planning to market the Islamic car in other parts of the middle east.
